Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes (ADR).
For the district of Vila Real, the competent entity is the National Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration Centre (CNIACC),
an entity authorised to carry out mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal, under Law No. 144/2015.
